BSE Shareholder Johnny K. Richardson spoke recently at the Annual Convention of the Missouri State Medical Association.  The Annual Convention was held from April 17-19, 2015, at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  The title of Mr. Richardson’s presentation was Complaints, Omissions, and Commissions Within the Collaborative Agreement: Liabilities That Can Affect Your License.  It was a part of a Continuing Medical Education program sponsored by the Missouri Society of Anesthesiologists.

Johnny Richardson practices in a wide variety of subject areas, including general civil litigation and trial and appellate work for clients. He is a former General Counsel for the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts. He frequently represents physicians and other professionals in licensure and disciplinary proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission and the numerous professional licensing boards in Missouri, including the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the State Board of Pharmacy, the State Dental Board, the State Board of Nursing, the State Committee of Psychologists, the Department of Social Services, Division of Medical Services, the Missouri Department of Mental Health and the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors. He has successfully negotiated and litigated numerous sales and use tax matters and motor vehicle disciplinary cases for clients against the Missouri Department of Revenue. He is General Counsel for the Missouri Automobile Dealers Association and the Missouri Automobile Dealers Workers’ Compensation Fund, and represents numerous automobile dealers throughout the state.
