Jamie Cox of BSE was recently published in the Midwest Wine Press as a part of her continuing series “Wine Law by the Case“. Midwest Wine Press is the first business publication dedicated entirely to the art and business of winemaking in the Midwestern United States. The goal of Midwest Wine Press is to help winery owners, grape growers and cellar masters be more effective and profitable.
Ms. Cox’ article, published on December 13, 2014, is entitled Wine Law By the Case: The Year in Review. The article looks back on the year in alcohol beverage practice and, most notably, discusses issues raised by changing methods of doing business, including the avenues used to make sales to consumers and to deliver products to them.
Jamie Cox practices primarily administrative law and represents professionals before the Administrative Hearing Commission, as well as a number of Missouri licensing boards.
