BSE Shareholder Brian McCartney was re-elected as the Vice Chairman of NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association’s Legal Committee during the Committee’s February 3rd meeting in San Antonio, Texas. NTCA is the premier association representing nearly 900 independent, community-based telecommunications companies serving rural and small-town America. The NTCA’s Legal Committee reviews legal developments affecting NTCA members.
Brian practices administrative, corporate, and regulatory law with an emphasis in the areas of telecommunications and energy. Brian is also the co-author of the chapter on administrative rules and rulemaking in the Missouri Bar’s Administrative Law desk book.
