Paul A. Boudreau attended the 2014 Midwest Energy Policy Conference in St. Louis on September 30th and October 1st at the Eric P. Newman Education Center on the Washington University Medical Campus. The topics of the conference this year included the EPA’s 111(d) regulations regarding carbon emissions, recent Supreme Court energy rulings and state energy plans, including the commencement of a similar process in the state of Missouri. The conference was well-attended by members of the energy industry, academics and policymakers.
Paul Boudreau has a business and administrative law practice involving regulated industries including utilities. He advises clients in the area of alcohol beverage licensing at the state and federal levels. His practice includes managing contested cases at hearing and appellate practice before the courts of appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.
