Kevin Thompson has joined BSE in an Of Counsel position. He was most recently Chief Staff Counsel for the Missouri Public Service Commission, a position he held from 2009-2024. Prior to that, he served the Commission as Deputy Chief Regulatory Law Judge (1999-2006) and General Counsel (2006-2009). Kevin will concentrate his practice primarily on public utility law, to include rate cases, investigations, complaints, certificates of convenience and necessity, tariff matters, and other proceedings critical to utility operations.
