Payment Questions

The Pay Bill and Pay Fee Deposit/Retainer buttons provide options for electronic payment to Brydon, Swearengen & England P.C. of bills and fee deposits.  Payment may always be paid by check or money order via U.S. Mail at P.O. Box 456, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0456, or, in person, at 312 E. Capitol Avenue, Jefferson City, MO 65101.

Pay Bill: To be used to pay an existing bill.  Please note that, as of August 1, 2023, a 3% processing fee will be added to payments by credit card.  A processing fee will not be charged for debit cards and e-checks.

Please “reference” the client name and client number or invoice number in the “Reference” block provided.

Pay Fee Deposit/Retainer: To pay a consultation fee, fee deposit or retainer that has been required by an attorney prior to the start of work on your behalf. Please note that, as of August 1, 2023, a 3% processing fee will be added to payments by credit card. A processing fee will not be charged for debit cards and e-checks.
